Conklin's Metal Roof System will restore your leaking and/or rusty metal roof to better than new. It's better than new because the Metal Roof System creates a seamless roof that is guaranteed not to leak.
We begin by cleaning the roof to insure proper bonding of our products. If the roof is rusty, we apply a rust-inhibiting metal primer. Next, we caulk all fasteners to prevent them from lifting up. A polyester fabric is embedded in four layers of coating over all of the seams and around any protrusions, to insure that they won't leak. The final step is to coat the entire roof surface with our acrylic elastomeric top coat.
Our Metal Roofing system comes with a 10 year leak-proof sustainable warranty that is renewable every 10 years with the application of a top coat applied every 10 years.
Customer satisfaction is our number one concern. For that reason, we perform an annual inspection on every roof we have warranted to check for any potential problems and to see if our customers have any issues with the roofing system we have applied. |
