Below is a small sample of some of our roofing projects.

This customer had issues with leaking along the interior gutter between the two roof gables. He also had some rust issues. We applied Conklin's rust inhibiting metal primer to stop the rust.

We installed plywood over the interior gutter to create positive drainage.

Then we applied Spray Polyurethane Foam to the plywood to tie the two gables together to create a leak-free drainage system.

The remainder of the roof received our Metal Roof System. This is the finished product with Conklin's Benchmark Topcoat appied to the entire roof.

This customer was having leak issues in various places across the roof surface. There were also some low spots that needed elevation correction.

We applied Spray Polyurethane Foam to the entire roof surface, correcting the low spots where needed and creating a seamless, leak-free roof. We applied Conklin coatings to the foam, and the system is finished. There have been no more leaks since the system was applied.

Here, the customer was only concerned with the appearance of his building, and to control the rust problem.

We applied a rust inhibiting primer to all rusty areas, followed by Kolor Kote, Conklin's coating for metal surfaces.

For this lumber mill, they had the same gutter issues as the first pictures shown, as well as numerous leaks and
rust issues.

We applied the Metal Roof System,-

as well as addressing the interior gutters with Spray Polyurethane Foam over plywood, as mentioned in the first pictures shown.

This is a picture of all the processes. The white in the background is the finished roof with the top coat applied. The middle section shows the seams after they have been coated with base coat. The foreground shows the roof with the Metal Ready rust inhibiting primer applied, followed by the application of Butyl tape to the seams.

This rural fire station had leak issues, as well as rust problems. They also wanted to change the color of the walls.

This is the final product, with the Metal Roof Sytem applied, and Kolor Kote on the walls and bay doors.

Here, the customer was not concerned with leak issues. He just wanted to stop the rust, and clean up the appearance of one wall.

This is the completed project, with Metal Ready rust inihibiting primer applied to the roof, followed by Kolor Kote. The one wall also has a coating of Kolor Kote.
